A New Orleans-themed private New Year's brunch was designed with Mardi Gras decorations, fleur-de-lis motifs and musical instruments that emphasised the city's blues heritage. An outdoor ‘voodoo garden’ created a mystical mood, while Victorian-style seating created an elegant atmosphere.
